The Town4kids Art Programmes offer a comprehensive solution for schools seeking to enhance the planning & implementation of art lessons.

The Digital Resource Library (DRL) for Art contains hundreds of multimedia lessons and activities designed to support art teachers in school. The multimedia lessons and activities are designed to support art teachers in school. The resources will greatly enhance the teaching of art in schools by making art lessons fun and exciting for students. The multimedia lessons consist of various demonstrations of art projects and art activities, as well as tools and multimedia resources.

The multimedia lessons provide a variety of practical project ideas to teachers, making art lessons more exciting in school. Teachers will find the materials presented very helpful in planning their art curriculum and class activities.

Town4kids AMIS Integrated Art Programme

The Town4kids AMIS (Art & Music Instructor Scheme) Programme provides schools with a resident AMIS-registered art instructor to plan and administer the art curriculum for Primary 1 to Primary 6. Besides conducting art lessons, the instructor will work closely with the school’s art coordinator to ensure the school’s art objectives are met; conduct student assessment and progress reports; and manage the art programme to ensure pupils of differing abilities are able to develop their potential to the fullest.

Students will be introduced a series of modular art lessons that infuse elements of cartooning, animation, hands-on art and art appreciation through a series of carefully designed music workshops. Lessons are supported with a suite of interactive multimedia resources to infuse fun and excitement in art lessons. Students will learn fundamental art skills and techniques to create art projects that showcase their creativity, while developing a finer appreciation of art and culture.
